The only immediate thing i see is you can get the Magmammoth Harness things only from Sabellians offerings.
but then i have only spent 5 min looking into it.Wrathion is one of us, been helping out since Pandaland came about, that other snobbering wyrm is too secretive.
either one will have you as a snack when it is time.

One of them is a guy whose help in Pandaria was escalating the faction war and then almost blew up the world twice then did nothing to help us solve it... the other guy is the one who basically saved Black dragons in general to keep existing. I'll hedge my bets on the non-explosive guy.
