SPELL fire spell power, alot of spells here.
Looks like it has been change to straight spell power on the PTR, making this the best battle elixir for spell power untill lvl 70 where you can use Spellpower Elixir. Some might get more use out of Adept's Elixir though, because of the crit, or Elixir of Major Shadow Power for priests and locks. A shame that the mats are so harsh really :S
