By far the best damage increasing consumable around, totally worth the materials. A raiding rogue or warrior should not go without.

These are the stats that I've calculated and tested for a lvl 68 Rogue
Mongoose -
Crit chance +1.96%
Armor +50
Dodge +1.32%
Major Agility -
Crit chance +1.80%
Armor +70
Dodge +1.85%
So Mongoose gives you an extra crit chance of 0.16% or looking at it another way, an extra crit every 625 hits on average. Personally I'll take the extra armor and dodge from Major Agility although there is very little in it either way.
