Seems like it can only be made by Alchemists. It is used in the "Ghostweave" tailoring set, geared towards Priests, I believe. On 'Scarlet Crusade' server, the (outrageous) average AH price is 9g per, due to lack of demand or supply.
Gorilla cave in ungoro. 3 stacks of ghost mushrooms in 15 minutes.
