By coincedence I noticed that these have pretty good odds of giving Enchanting Knowledge when disenchanted. I had points in Disenchanting Delegate 5 and Crystal collector 15+ I think, but none in Shard Supplier. I had bought gold quality mats for it as they were cheap and the craft turned out to be 4/5. So I kept DEing 4/5 quality wands, until I got about a 120 knowledge, at which point it stopped giving me any. Im guessing that the ilvl was too low for my Enchanting skill at that stage or maybe theres a hidden cap. I tried to replicate and improve on this by going into Shard Supplier, which initially gave me a +4 knowledge drop. But then failed to keep going, probably because I raised my Ench skill too high by accident. Hope this can help some people cheaply gain enchanting knowledge.
