Best place by far to farm Linen Cloth is by the new (4.03) Sentinel Hill. Go down to the bottom of the hill and kill Riverpaw Gnolls. They respawn very fast - sometimes a new one spawns before the last one hits the ground. If you look at the map, go to the break in the wall just below where it says "Sentinel Hill" and run back and forth, killing and looting. Good Luck!
