Unlike Eyne's statement that implies by not giving you 'Well Fed' you can stack 'Well Fed' buffs with the one given by the Poached Sunscale Salmon, or other instant buff cooking item for that matter,
The buff given by this fish WILL remove any 'Well Fed' buff on one's person pior to eating it.
This fish i gained during daytime on WoW, As the night fish is gained during the night. There are no "School's" to look for, just random loot ^^
This is one of the few little extra "buffs" you can get yourself for long fights in raids or while farming. The 6 hp5 for 10 minutes DOES NOT give you the "Well Fed" buff, which means you can still use other food. I'll be sure to bring this along for raids, its incredibly cheap to get, and its a nice little extra buff. Edit: Patched.
