Note (unfortunately): That all the highest rated Green axes, ie: Rupturing, Ice-Splintering and Scarlet Battle Axes, Drop only from Elite Mobs whether in a Dungeon Raid or 5 man... very disappointing for Orcs looking for something serviceable at 78-80 before those aforementioned activities.
