4 current-expansion quests name The Singularity in their title or text, per Blizzard's quest API. The quoted line is the quest's own opening sentence:

• The Singularity Anchor (Seasonal): Our sojourn to this world has brought the ren'dorei an even deeper understanding of the Void than before.
• Anchoring the Defense (Voidstorm): We need your help to activate the Singularity Anchor.
• Core Collapse (Voidstorm): This singularity could reach critical mass at any moment.
• Creating Defenses (Voidstorm): Deploying defenses is crucial to safeguarding operation of the Singularity Anchor.
