Netherweave Cloth - Generally any Humanoid/Undeadish type mob (not beast/animal) over 64th level drops this. Arcane Dust - DE'ed from level 60-70 Outland Non-weapon greens (Meaning, armor) Greater Planar Essence - DE'ed from level 60-70 Outland Weapon Greens Netherweb Spider Silk - see http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21881 --This is droped by a total of '3' mobs in the game (outside Karazhan & the rare/special spider in Terokkar forest) --Generally the best spot is in Terokkar forest, as there has been mixed reports about the drop rate in Black Morass

Junyed+0via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

Planar essences can come from armor (and seems to do so more often than not for me) and arcane dust can come from weapons. It's more likely that the opposite will be true though. Most humanoid mobs in outland can also drop netherweave, the lower level ones just have a higher or equal chance to drop runecloth instead.

The cost of Netherweave Bolt went down from 6 to 5 Netherweave. Therefore, you only need 60 Netherweave for 1 bag. 60 Netherweave Cloth (requires 4 Bolts of Imbued Netherweave, each of which requires 3 Netherweave Bolts, each of which requires 5 Netherweave Cloth) 2 Netherweb Spider Silk 8 Arcane Dust 1 Greater Planar Essence (or 3 Lesser)

On my realm they average around 200g to 270g each. the next bags up over 300g each just to the biggest ones 28 slot those sell for 2600g each. This is just ally side horde the prices are 200% more. On my realm being a tailor is being rich XD lol. even just 16 slot bags sell for 15g each.

While questing to 70 you should easily be able to get enough cloth and netherweb for many of these (at least 4), and even the rest if you're an enchanter. If not, buying the dust and essence off the AH is pretty cheap, especially since you're getting a 18 slot bag. These were a really easy way for me to finish off getting all 18 slot bags. Now we just need to wait until the 20 slot bags and we have to grind for months to get one.

Relatively Cheap and inexpensive to make (Esp. if you have the right connections to a person that can DE greens). Lot cheaper than the 20slot Primal Mooncloth bags. Farming Netherweave - pretty much any mob, farm ogres for beads/rep and cloth at the same time (Nagrand) Arcane Dust/Greater Planar Essence - Don't need much luck for a person to DE you a Greater Planar Essence, rest will become dust. Netherweb Spider Silk - kill some spiders in terrokar, done in 10min tops.

Jackthesmack+0via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

The best place to grind for the Spider Silk is in the south east region of Terrokkar Forest, where that little patch of green is. There is also the south west, close to the border between the scorched earth of Auchindoun and the forest. After killing 20 Spiders for the quest from Vindicator Haylen, I acquired 4 [Netherweb Spider Silk] for 2 bags.

Just to save people some counting, for 4 bags you need: - 288 Netherweave cloth, (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21877) - 32 Arcane Dust, (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=22445) - 8 Netherweb Spider Silk, (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21881) - 4 Greater Planar Essence. (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=22446)

Vlad+122via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

To save people yet again from counting, for a full bank of these banks you need: - 504 [Netherweave Cloth] (25 stacks and 4 cloth) - 56 [Arcane Dust] - 14 [Netherweb Spider Silk] - 7 [Greater Planar Essence] Cost to get 7 bank slots (30/04/2007) was for me: ~150 gold

52794+110via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

To save even more time, for a full belt (4 bags) and full bank (7 bags) making a grand total of 11 bags, here are a sum up of the mats: 792x Netherweave Cloth. (39 stacks and 12 cloth) 88x Arcane Dust 22x Netherweb Spider silk 11x Greater Planar Essence Redundancy ftw, but at least you have it written down now. Happy grinding!

42868+37via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

And to save you from more counting for bags for your twink/alt and your main including bank slots on your main (15 bags) would be a grand total of

1080x Netherweave Cloth. (54 stacks) 120x Arcane Dust 44x Netherweb Spider Silk 22x Greater Planar Essence

Good luck :D (NOTE this post was just a joke but may come in helpful ;P)

somehow no one thought of really selling it. So i did some math to see if u benefit from making this bag and selling it. (all the prices of mats are taken from wowhead) 4x18=72 netherweave= 10.8g (3g a stack)(15s each) 4x2 arcane dust=16g 2 netherweb spider silks=12g 1greater planar essence=5g ==========================In Total 43.8G so the conclusion is that u get 1.2g from selling this bag :) PS all these items could be gotten by cheaper price or if u farm the silks it doesnt cost u anything

100380+0via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

Just incase you wanted 150 bags for some reason, and were slightly dumb, i added 0's to the end of each 10800 Netherweave Cloth. (54 stacks) 1200x Arcane Dust 440x Netherweb Spider Silk 220x Greater Planar Essence this was in NOWAY a joke

Garenvinci+81via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

If you want to outfit all 10 of your characters and their banks on your server (110 bags) with this, you need... - 7920 [Netherweave Cloth] (396 stacks) - 880 [Arcane Dust] (44 stacks) - 220 [Netherweb Spider Silk] (11 stacks) - 110 [Greater Planar Essence] (5 stacks and 10 Essences) If you actually attempt this, I salute you, and pity you.

Obolox+35via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

And for the one person guild consisting of 250 players, all played simultaneously. 126 000 Netherweave cloth 1 100 000 Arcane Dust 275 000 Netherweb Spider Silk 137 500 Greater Planar Essence This is assuming you don't want to fill out any of your bank slots.

Illuvar+46via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

Average costs if you are tailor (used the cost price of this site) 1 bag : 39,85g 4 bags :159,40g Full bank : 278,95g Full bag slots and bank :438,35g Full bags/bank + twink : 597,75g All bags/bank on server :4383,50g 50 chars : 21917,50g

the last 3 were a joke but still it shows what you can expect if you are gonna make them as tailor,it will be much more if you buy the bag on AH.Hope it helps :)

Edit: ok,someone has realy be rating down my comments

134873+0via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

This is a great money maker if you can get the mats for cheap from farming/DEing. On my server, the bags generally go for about 35 gold. However, if you plan on buying all your mats from the AH, it's usually better to just mass load regular netherweave bags and underprice them a bit (even selling them for one copper less than the cheapest usually works), as the cost/profit ratio is similar but netherweave stacks are much cheaper and easier to get at the AH (except the rune thread of course, which you can just buy from a tailor), and you don't have to buy the netherweb silk or the enchanting

Jagno+27via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

Right. We used to get up in the morning at 10 o'clock at night half an hour before we went to bed and eat cold poison for breakfast and then farm 29 hours a day while paying Blizzard for the privilege to do it and just before logging off we'd get ganked in cold blood and they'd dance on our corpse shouting 'Hallelujah'! Of course, tell someone who started after the Burning Crusade was released that and they won't believe you!

45799-2via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

To the above poster... I think you should perhaps take a second look at the materials needed for Bolts of Imbued Netherweave, then start making smart arse comments. All the joking about mats has been with raw material needed to make the bags, so that's the materials needed to make the Imbued Netherweave factored in. Be quiet.

fulloflove+1via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

I did check the mats. It says it requires Bolts of Imbued Netherweave. How I got downrated for being right, I found amusing. Sure it was a smart ass comment. Correct, nonetheless. I figured it would've been helpful, since those bolts can also be bought, meaning no raw mats would be needed. Joke or not, some people care about the actual materials needed to create an item.

bangback-3via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

If you were to perform the ultimate service and earn the [Imbued Netherweave Bag Monopolist] achievement, by supplying all 2000 people on your server with 110 of these bags (assuming each player has 10 characters), here is the list of materials that you will need: 13,200,000 netherweave cloth 440,000 netherweb spider silk 1,760,000 arcane dust 220,000 greater planar essence Granted, this will be a bit of a grind, but hey, you should be able to rake in the gold with all these sales! ;-)

293098+7via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

And if you wanna make 11 (4normal slots+7bank slots) for everyone on WoW (around 12million players) you will need:

9.504.000.000x Netherweave Cloth 1.056.000.000x Arcane Dust 264.000.000x Netherweb Spider Silk 132.000.000x Greater Planar Essence

This should be an achievement :D

(average cost if you are a tailor: 5.280.000.000 G)

Why would anyone waste their time and effort on this when The un-imbued version is so much cheaper not only to make but to buy off the auction. I don't know about you, but I can sacrifice 2 slots per bag for not having to spend hours farming spider silk for the amount needed to make this in bulk. I'm sure other gold minded players also don't care about 2 slots per bag when it doubles, or triples the auction price of said bag.

342705-5via Wowhead (opens the original comment in a new tab)

well, my good sir crsunlimited, it could be for many reasons. Mine is simple. I wish to level my tailoring skill while not wasting too much gold or effort. Mindlessly making 100s of greens to be vendored/DE'd is a wasted effort. Making 18 slot bags for my multitude of alts which are for the most part bagless, is useful because it not only saves me gold from buying the bags, i still get my skill ups from it. Or you could be rich enough, or an enchanter, or both, to buy the mats to make these for yourself/friend/guild/etc but not be capable of creating higher level bags. IE you dont have WotLK expansion.
