I personally obtained this from a [object=558199] pool in Eversong Woods (Midnight). These pools can most reliably be found along the coastline.

I also fished this up from a careless cargo pool but in Zul'Aman.

Fished up in Eversong, just on the coast. No pool :) That said, they're like 8g on the AH so maybe save yourself the trouble! ^^

Does Blizzard actually think people enjoy spending god knows how long fishing for a decor recipe? Like, what is their fascination with these abysmal drop rates?

I sadly have leatherworking. To level beyond 67 req some rare fish. I just spent the last 2 hours fishing/leveling and looking for those void pools that have the fish. In 2 hours is saw 3 pools and got 1 single fish for the daily lure. I am now gonna ditch leatherworking and not bother. This item was severely nerfed recently and the people on the AH have the market at 150 a fish. Not goign to bother. 2 hours for 3 pools and one fish. Monthly active users.
