TheWoWDBQuickest way to do this calling without any world quests done are in my opinion these four rares - Cloudtail, Aethon, Nemaeus and Sigilback, all located in Bastion at 55.33, 80.15. All you have to do is talk with Orator Kloe, and then wait a few seconds before the rare spawns. Each of these contributes with 20% to your calling progress bar, which means you will have to kill all 4 of them, and then one of them for the second time. Killing the same rare for the second time in a single day doesn't yield drop, but still contributes those last 20% needed in order to complete the calling. The rares themselves are pretty easy, I was able to solo all of them with my 170 rogue with ease. All of these rares are also skinnable, which is a nice little bonus for skinners.
Every one of these rares also grant Coin of Brokerage, so this method is quite fast for this calling too. If you have both of these at the same time, you can have them done in no time.

This is a calling quest. Calling quests encourages players to engage in various content in different areas in Shadowlands. At any time there are 3 callings available, and all players, regardless of Covenant has the same objectives, eventhough the name of the quest can vary.
This specific quest ID is for players who have chosen the Necrolords covenant. The quest is both started and ended at Tabulator Killham in the covenant sanctum, Seat of the Primus. Other players will have the same objectives with the following IDs

Description
We, the defenders of the Shadowlands, will never let a great foe go unchallenged. The Kyrians of Bastion have long served all denizens of the Shadowlands by ferrying souls. We would be lost without their services. Now, they too are under attack from within. We must defend them in their time of need. Go now, and bring glory in the name of the Primus.
