To complete this quest you have to complete activities in the Ardenweald subzone.
Killing rares, collecting treasures and doing world quests counts for quest progress.
Probably the best way is to go to the Mists of Tirna Scithe and De Other Side dungeons.
But i actually prefer the world quests.

Description

We cannot stand alone. If one section of the Shadowlands falls, we will all be in danger. The great soul-trees of Ardenweald are under assault from many foes that seek to harness their power. We must aid our allies in the Night Fae, and punish their enemies for these transgressions. We are stronger together.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
