Now requires to kill the end boss too.
Like with all other Inn quest, to prevent lfd groups to split up after getting the quest item as i think.
This item can only be looted from the heroic version of the instance and all dungeon quests from the Tavern/Inn now require you to kill the last boss in each instance also.
If you are as geared as you can be and/or don't really want to run heroics, you can also complete the dungeon on normal and still get credit for the boss kill required. You then just extend the heroic lockout and run back in on heroic to collect the item.

Description
We have, so far, been unsuccessful in our attempts to contact the arakkoa. Each attempt strips the plumage, and we are left with a feather that is tattered and broken. Aviana implores you, commander, to find another plume for her. We do not wish to see our brethren become victim of their own violent nature. All beings of the sky have a place with us, in life or beyond.
