TheWoWDBIf you have taken this quest from the inn, completed it the same day, and then returned to your garrison to find the ? is in the middle of the garrison and the NPC is nowhere to be found in the inn, go to your architect table and swap your inn to another plot. You can drag the inn on top of something else and they will swap places, or you can drag it to an empty slot if you have one. Once that's done, go back to the inn and the NPC will have magically reappeared inside. Happy travels!

Ah, Taoshi! We had quite the romance in Pandaria, questing, stealthing, killing things. She even gave me her ring, which I have never vendored to this day. I still remember her last words to me after I complimented her on her badonkadonk: "Keep your eyes keen, adventurer." I know a hint when I hear one, and I knew this lovely young panda was telling me I'd see her again. She found me in Draenor, sure enough. One thing led to another, and I was proving my strength & virility to her in the heights of Skyreach!
Upon completing the dungeon, I swaggered my prodigious bulk into my inn, looked confidently into her beautiful green eyes as I reached into my pocket... and checked my other pocket...
...After running Skyreach a 2nd time and actually LOOTING the bottle, I felt much better. I was relieved it had not broken in the melee. It was only glass, after all. I made a mental note to warn my dear Taoshi to be careful with this fragile treasure, lest it shatter and all our work be for naught. I swaggered my prodigious bulk once more into my inn, looked confidently into her beautiful green eyes, and gently handed her the precious bottled windstorm with the following advice:
"Mighty is the wind, but you can still break it. Meditate on this."She returned my gaze as she wiped a tear from her furry cheek. "My father used to say the same thing." She gathered her belongings silently, in no great hurry, and walked slowly toward the door. But she stopped, a paw on the doorframe, and turned to me one final time with a faraway look in her eyes. "You remind me a lot of my father. You have his emotes."
I know now that I have won this young panda's sweet & deadly heart forever. Perhaps, one day, her badonkadonk. Farewell, dearest Taoshi, but only until next time.

Greetings, {name}, and I thank you for your hospitality. The Shado-pan have sent several warriors to aid against the Iron Horde, however we can. We are few, though, and they are many. The arakkoa in the south are both beautiful and deadly. They appear lighter than air, their attacks a deadly dance that flits from opponent to opponent. The winds are on their side, as the four winds lighten the steps of my own allies. Bring me a sample of their winds, if you are able. It will surely aid us.
