TheWoWDBI was having problems untill I found out that there is a machine behind each of the two minor bosses. Click on the machine and after the second the door opens allowing access to the last boss.

You have to kill the other two bosses first. Hydromancer Thespia is to the north (coords 53, 13). Behind her will be a Main Chambers Access Panel. Once you've killed her, click on the panel.
Mekgineer Steamrigger is to the south-west (coords 31, 83), and once you've killed him, you'll have to click on the Main Chambers Access Panel behind him. If you've successfully used both access panels, in the chat box it'll say:
You hear a faint echo....
You hear a loud rumble of metal grinding on stone....So head around to Warlord Kalithresh's chamber, and you'll find the door is now open (coords 76, 44). There are about a dozen naga, plus the Warlord.

Description
Warlord Kalithresh is in charge of the entire Steamvault operation. I need you to kill him, {name}. The naga have left us with no option but violence. Show him no mercy.

Coilfang Reservoir is the name for a naga-dominated compound that lurks under Zangarmarsh's deepest waters. The reservoir, punctured throughout by massive open pipes and pistons, seems big enough to house armies - and, yet, its purpose isn't strictly military.
