If you fly into the camp with the bubble duck but the quest won't turn in, dismount, run outside the camp across the water, and run back into camp. The quest should then complete.
To complete Let's Get Quacking you have find 5 Bubbled Duckling and complete their quests
Quests are on a weekly cooldown so you can only do one Bubbled Duckling quest per week
Bubbled Ducklings appear in the order shown in the table south of Wingrest Embassy - area with gorlocsIDQuestCoordinatesVideo5Quacking Out for a Hero82.83 42.64https://youtu.be/Yhftqu08ytA?t=323

For the achievement Let's Get Quacking you have to save 5 ducklings in 5 weeks, possible always after the Weekly Reset.
To be able to save the ducklings, the quests A Scalpel of a Solution, Wildlife Rescue and Forensic Ecology at [npc=186410] and [npc=186428] must be done before. If they offer the quests A Sledgehammer of a Solution and Don't Be So Shellfish (do not have to be done), the ducklings can be rescued, only one each week.
