I present You Storyline Beyond the Barrier. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of the Waking Shores which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:

1a. Site Salvage - Quest from [npc=188735] 66.04 58.15. Rescue 5 Beleaguered Explorers: /way 67.51 57.93 /way 67.85 57.89 /way 66.36 56.74 in tower /way 66.15 55.55 in the hole /way 66.86 54.97
1b. Unearthed Troublemakers - Slay 12 [npc=190976]
1c. A Key Element - From 1st mob i kill doing quest 1a+1b i loot [item=191904] that give me this Quest. Return with quest 1a+1b to cave /way 66.77 56.32
4a. Rapid Fire Plans - Loot from mobs 8 [item=192545] them use it to make [item=192546].
4b. Distilled Effort - Fly to cave 70.66 56.66 and Slay [npc=187617] to get [item=192562].
4c. Lofty Goals - First speak with [npc=190334] 70.62 63.15 then avoiding small tornadoes go to speak with [npc=194232] 70.13 61.54. then same avoiding small tornadoes, use air throw to jump and collect [item=192524] 68.31 61.49.
7. Let's Get Theoretical - First speak with [npc=190352] then wait until all of them will use element on barrien then Blue circle on the ground will appear stand on it and use extra bar.
8. Beyond the Barrier - Get inside room Slay [npc=189149] and pick up [item=192480] next to wall 66.11 55.02 then go out and see [npc=190354] in camp 65.81 57.42 That will finish Storyline.

I must have gotten the quest item while doing the main story, but it didn't pop up with the quest. Make sure you check your bags, in case it's already there, I did the mistake of trying to farm it for about 10 minutes before I realized I already got it!
