TheWoWDBI had to drop this quest because of a bug with another quest in Ohn'ahran Plains, and could not find it again for the life of me no matter how hard I looked to pick it back up after.
Turns out this gets flagged as a trivial quest if you're too high a level - you'll need to make sure those aren't hidden if you want to see the marker.
