A Very Nice Necklace is a quest for level 15-35 in Valley of the Four Winds. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
The beautiful necklace is only partly smudged by dirty hozen hands.
There's only one person in the Valley who would own such a beautiful piece of jewelry.

Starts from [Nice Necklace] which drops from most creatures in the Valley of Four winds. I found mine on a springtail vermin in the northern mountains in Valley of the Four winds on the daily quests from Halfhill Market.
Delivers to Tina Mudclaw and rewards 3750 (4125) rep and 19 gold, 84 silver, 50 copper, just like any other daily quest at max level, contrary to the 56g 23s 50c which Wowhead currently says you get.
Seems to only drop for level 90s
You can gain an extra 3750x3 rep (more with guild perk) with Tina by turning in

A Very Nice Necklace
An Exquisite EarringThe items drop from the elite Hozen and Vermin up on the mountain (where Sho hangs out, coords 30,30). Seems to be 100% for each, after you've turned in the quest before it!
I usually notice my favorite items go missing.
