this quest no longer exists so above post for new quest.
if it would be possible to delete this quest it would be great because it brings up a lot of confusion
These mobs(bird-men), located South of Shattrath, go down very fast. Took me about 50-60 kills to collect all 30 feathers. I suggest doing this quest along with Vestments of the Wolf Spirit (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10018) and Magical Disturbances (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10027) at the same time. The mobs are all within the same general area.
The reward bag contained a blue item for me: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28493.
This quest becomes repeatable once completed.

Description
When I first came to Outland, and opened my ears to the voices of its spirits, I was amazed at what I heard. In time, I also came to notice which spirits I couldn't hear. For all my attempts, I have never been able to make contact with the spirit of an arakkoa ancestor. Their magic is fundamentally different from ours, but I'm not convinced that their spirits are beyond my reach. Bring me feathers from many arakkoa; perhaps having some token from them will provide the link I need.
