TheWoWDBHey, blizz... you know what would really help? Something that says "you need to learn this recipe, make the boots, THEN take them to their destination".
The way the quest is worded says that you are taking some boots to someone that have already been made. It's yet another example of someone's snarky reply of "did you read the quest?" not working because it never says what to do. It only says to "take some measurements", which is literally the one thing you DON'T do on this quest.
Also, why does a draenei need boots? They have hooves...
