Artisan's Supply: Quality-Assured Optics

You need DF Engineering Skill 15 for this quest, and you get all recipes at your Engineering Trailer (e.g. [npc=190535] (/way #2022 75.8 33.2 Quizla Blastcaps).

2. Buy 2x Smudged Lens from any Engineering Supply Trainer (e.g. [npc=187955] at the Ruby Lifeshrine at The Waking Shores (/way #2022 59.9, 71.5 Krendisc)

4. Craft 16x Handful of Serevite Bolts (4x [item=190396] produce 2-3 bolts). You need 2 bolts for the optics, 2 bolts for step 3 and 12 bolts for step 4.

6. Craft 1x [item=198192] (requires DF Engineering Skill 10, you need 3x Rousing Fire, 2x Handful of Serevite Bolts, and 4x Draconium Ore)

8. Craft 2x [item=198186] (requires DF Engineering Skill 5, you need 2x Rousing Earth and 6x Handful of Serevite Bolts for each)
9. 
   
10. Craft 1x [item=198328] (requires DF Engineering Skill 15)

12. Turn in at [npc=192498] (/way #2022 57.8 68.2 Haephesta)

When I crafted this using one of the "Finishing" items, it automatically made the item Soulbound. Just a heads up to someone else who might make this mistake.

I just turned in 308. Likely the problem was that you had the 308 soulbound. Unlike previous expansions, these Artisan's Supply quests are requiring the item be UNEQUIPPED. You can't put them on to gain the transmog first.
