TheWoWDBThis quest will appear once you hit level 91 and return to your garrison. Its always a good idea to take it and go asap, so you can get your free follower, Vivianne from the very easy follow up quests in Warspear. Vivianne is by default a blue lvl 91 Fire Mage - Bodyguard that counters Minion Swarms.
Edit 3/1/15: Now there is another free follower in Warspear added in with Patch 6.1. Make sure you pick up Fen Tao at 47.1, 45.2 while you are in Warspear. Fen Tao is by default a green lvl 90 Mistweaver Monk - counters Magic Debuff.

You need to speak to the Flight Master in your Garrison in order to continue the quest.
After you land head north up the ramp to find Stomphoof and complete quest.
you HAVE to take the flight from your garrison, as Bron is in your garrison, not Ashran. I didn't take the offered flight and ended up having to hearth back and take it anyway.

Our base on Ashran is almost complete, commander. It would be a huge show of support if you could make a trip out there and put your stamp of approval on their staging area. I can arrange a flight if you are interested.
