TheWoWDBAs of 6.1, you can't seem to get these anymore and if you have any in your inventory they just don't work (Getting the message "You can't use that now" when trying to use, even on the path of glory during the main battle). This wasn't in the patch notes so not sure if it's a bug or intended.
