My drunken girlfriend demanded credit for this... so it's her post... but the jist is, gather the war plans on the ground in the various towers. They will jump your bar faster than the siege weapons. Also, the kegs of ale jump it as well. Be sure and look in the war room to the left or right behind the stairs on the first level, as well as run up to the higher levels. Kill everything you aggro too...
Sabotaging the Secret Warplans at in the tower at 82, 56 give 4% completion each, and there are several in the tower. I highly recommend clearing out the tower to complete the daily faster.
