Most of the top-rated comments are out of date and misleading.

All you have to do nowadays is pet battle a Felspider and win, either by kill or capture. I found that the easiest location to find them is on Faronaar, about straight across from the Illidari Stand flight point, at about 40.6 53.3 if you use coordinates. There's usually several Felspiders spawned there, and you can get to them without having to fight mobs.
