I wish I had known a few simple facts before I went on this quest. Some are mentioned across the other comments:


  • Even though the quest is called Battle Pet Bingo, it does not involve any battle pets at all. Additionally confusing was that the battle pets on my mini map in the quest area were marked with the comment "Battle Pet Bingo". Any battle pets in the area can be safely ignored.

  • The quest objectives are not marked on the mini map, not as battle pets, nor as anything else.

  • What is true is that objectives are named after battle pets and look like them. However they are static and have an orange glow (outline).

  • Coordinates given in the other comments are also correct. Quoted for completeness:

  • When you get close you can use the [item=207730] to point you in the right direction.

  • (Left-)Click on the objective and a cast bar should appear for marking the item on your bingo card.

  • Yes, there are only two items to find.

Speak with Alyx at the Celebration Pavilion to pick up the quest Pet Pursuit.
Head to the pet playground and speak with Jepetto Joybuzz to accept the follow-up quest Battle Pet Bingo.
Following the clues from the riddles, head to Pandaria and find the following battle pet.

It's best to search for the pets directly in War Mode, as it significantly increases your chances of success.

Description

Well, hi there! The grand master pet tamers from Pandaria have posted a challenge to find certain battle pets on this fancy-lookin' bingo card. All we have to do is find the pet that goes to the riddle and note it down on our bingo cards, but I'm having a hard time with the last two. It's quite easy to spot the normal pets, but these bingo cards require us to find special versions of the creatures. Hmm... They didn't say anything in the rules about getting outside help. Care to help a friend out?
