If you are new to game or skipped the Pandaria xpac, you will have to do a few quests to unlock this one.

Here's where to start the chains:


  2. Go to the Pass of 100 Steps, in the Valley of Four Winds. (70, 23)

  4. Speak to the NPC offering the low-level quest called The Road to Kun-Lai and take it.
  5. Talk to the NPC right next to the quest giver, then go all the way up the stairs, and up the path to the opening of the Ancient Path.

  7. There will be a pandaman there, Brewmaster Boof with boats. Talk to him and take the quest The Spring Drifter. You will ride the boat through the Ancient Passage.

  9. On the other side of the passage, go speak to the Mayor and accept his quest, Call out their Leader.

  11. Also speak with Commander Hseih and accept her quest to fetch arrows. They will be littered on the ground as you go kill dudes for the other quest. The leader spawns on a mount riding up and down the path, after you kill the 10 required mobs.

  13. From here, just follow the quest chains until you're asked to speak with General Nazgrim in the quest, General Nazgrim has Awoken.
  14. Go through all the chain quests he gives you until you restore the village in Eastwind Rest, then you can get the candy.
