TheWoWDBYou can chase down the Snobolds as they run through the canyon, but they end up at Chilltusk (72.27) anyway.
It looks like Chilltusk also drops an item that begins a quest, the Emblazoned Battle Horn.

Just mount up and start running into the canyon that's across from the quest giver, it will come up as the Path of the Titans and the kobloids will appear. Just keep going down the path and you'll run into Chilltusk.
