This quest requires the Qiraji Regal Drape, which can drop from any early boss in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj, as well as idols and scarabs which can either drop off trash or can be found inside Scarab Coffers.
Even though it is obtainable at any reputation level, players must reach Revered with the Cenarion Circle before being able to complete this quest.

At least once they say where the heck they need all that junk. I want to know how some tailors are going to stick 8 blocks of saronite ore on an item and still claim it's a cloth.
