Malfunctioned Constructor can be found at the top of the hill on a platform at 61.49, 43.07. Hope this helps!

You're guaranteed to be here for awhile.
Also, a pointer, the [npc=181870] counts toward that progress bar. So don't think you have to get the progress bar done before you kill him, in fact ideally you want to kill him before it's done. He counts towards 8%.

Kill mobs or pick up body's to get 100%. After that go kill [npc=181870] 61 42 He is on platform go around hill ( not in cave ).
