If you get off the "taxi" while Jaina is giving you a ride, the subsequent quest marker (on Anduin's location) is wrong. To resume the quest you must go to the opposite end of the bridge. That will trigger a cutscene and you'll be able to deliver the quest (to Jaina, not at Anduin's location as the map marker implies).

Jaina: "My apologies if you find this form of travel... uncomfortable."

Honey, I've been doing this adventuring thing for 18 years. I've travelled in way you couldn't even comprehend. A little bit of water is not going to faze me.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Doppelganger DuelZereth Mortis · Level 60

Something about this doesn't sit right with me. From what you reported, this seems like intentional sabotage from within our ranks... or the work of more dreadlords. If dreadlords are involved, then the obelisk may be at risk! Get to it--if we linger on this it may be too late!

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Seeking HavenZereth Mortis · Level 60

I am at a loss. We have no way to follow Zovaal and Anduin. I'll open a portal back to Haven. We will discuss our next steps there.
