For mog collectors, per the addon, "All the Things", there seem to be 13 weapons total, with 2 pairs of shared appearances. I ran 4 toons through and got them all. Lock (3 weapons), Pally (5 weapons), Hunter (2 weapons), DH (WG only). (These 4 also covered the armor types.)
