Drops from [npc=206156], hard to see under him
I have seen this NPC on several occasions running (always running) around the Tyrhold Reservoir during phase 1 of the hourly Time Rift event. It is not there every event.
Previously I had difficulty damaging it, or even keeping up with it.
Following a suggestion in the comments to achievement Temporal Acquisitions Specialist that "(you need to facecatch him (sic) to deal proper damage)" I came flying down intending to land ahead of it, however it appears I had effectively landed ON it.
I found that I was standing ON it's head as it continued running. Also my action bar(s) had been replaced by a single bar with only 1 option (key 1) which said (something like) Try removing part(s) to disable.
I clicked (key 1) once. [npc=206156] instantly stopped and broke into many pieces. Among the pieces was the quest Cogs in a Machine.
Later, in phase 1 of the same Time Rift event, I noticed another [npc=206156] had spawned and was again running around Tyrhold Reservoir.
