Simple quest really. Go into Coldtooth mine and look for a stack of boxes. Open these and take the supllies. Do this till you have 10 then return to Frostwolf Quartermaster to complete.
To do the quest agine you must put it in your quest log whenever you finish it. Other wise the boxs can not be opened.
There's a log behind the Quartermaster where he sets the supplies after you give him enough. When the log is full, the ground assault is ready. You need 60 Irondeep Supplies (6 turnins), to complete the assault. For Coldtooth, I am not sure, it could be double. I've never been in an AV that lasted long enough for me to turn in more than eight stacks.

Description
The Coldtooth mine to the north was once an ideal place to store extra supplies, but now that the fighting with the Stormpikes grows fierce, we do not always have the spare warriors to station at the mine and protect it. And so, control of the mine often falls to the Alliance, or to underground denizens... But we still need our supplies, {name}! Go to the Coldtooth mine and bring me a load of them. And be wary of enemies as you go; the tides of battle shift quickly in that place...
