All you have to do is to walk there, click on the shiny objective, and craft what is needed in order. You are given all ingredients; first you have to craft 3 Thick Spider Meats, then craft the Spider Jerky and you are done. Super simple.
If you're missing Thick Spider Legs in your inventory, pick up Crafter's Crate again. It respawns after a while (might need a /reload).
In addition to the level 60 requirement, you will also need Shadowlands cooking skill level 25 before this quest will appear.
