TheWoWDBOk so if anyone like me is seeing this quest on the map but cant see the quest giver, It was the one that sent you to the arena before the 3 boss fight but for some reason still shows up after completion, I scrolled up my chat and there it was as complete.

Not sure if it was just me, but on my map it appeared the quest giver was positioned either on the railing overlooking the arena or was down in the arena. I could never find it. NPC Louison located at 54.0 48.0 has the quest "A Sure Bet"...ahhh THERE he is! Not quite where the map shows..so heads up!
This quest will show up as a gold ! on your map - but it will NOT show up for you to accept if you are below 54. You have to be a minimum of level 54 to pick it up.
