Dragonhawk Soul

There appears to be a bug where the Dragonhawk soulshape from Torghast doesn't show up in any of the lists of options from Lady Muunn (or Choofa) after quest completion.
Similar issue with the Bat soulshape from Torghast.

I filed a ticket, but after a day or so, and cycling through the menu options back and forth several times, the Bat and Dragonhawk shapes became viewable once to select in the 'other shapes' list in the dialog tree from Lady Muunn. However, going back to the NPC, the Bat/Dragonhawk shapes once again became invisible.
So if you do manage to select Dragonhawk and like it, you may wish to avoid changing back.

[item=189971] is one of new soulshapes added in patch 9.2. You can find it during your runs through Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
You can sometimes run into a chained Lost Soul objects. After setting it free you will get related quest and a related shoulshape as a reward.
