Arcanimus is located at 20, 59.5 directly to the west of the quest giver in the crater.
AyaJulia is correct. Fly/Ride in close to Arcanimus. Place yourself on the ground near him. Let Arcanimus attack you first, don’t attack him first. After that, he’s an easy kill.

Description
There is one last thing that I would have you do, {name} the {race}. I would have you destroy Arcanimus!
