Apparently the last patch changed Ragefire Chasm. I got the quest in TB, went to Ragefire chasm and there are orcs fighting Firedogs, but no Kurjack. You need to update your quest info, and Bliz may need to update their breadcrumb quest. Without Kurjack, you can't get the quest to kill the dungeon boss.
Please note, this quest DOES exist in the game. It's just that the requirements have been changed, and the quest itself overhauled. The quest entitled "Enemies Below" now exists at the following links:
For Orgrimmar quest: : Garrosh,
For Thunderbluff quest: Baine,
For Undercity quest: SylvanasSome quest mods may have issues with this quest because of this.

Description
Orgrimmar's Ragefire Chasm has been taken by the Searing Blade. {name}, we cannot allow this to pass unpunished, lest they next set their sights on Thunder Bluff. Go speak with Stone Guard Kurjack just inside the Chasm. Help him in any way you can, for our fates are intertwined.
