TheWoWDBIf you aren't able to see Wolf Rider Kazz, make sure you've cleared the rocks for the This Ain't Mine questline. After you've done that you should be able to see him. Took me forever to figure it out.

Found myself stuck on this quest at the blockade completely phased out. No npcs were appearing anywhere Durator.
Found a single quest outside Ogrimmar west of Blockade wall which finished up my uncompleted Allied Races: Mag'har Orc.
A quest which I abandoned long ago because I've done it on my main already.
Seems I phased myself out of the blockade during the quest and left it phased out.
That'll teach me, abondoning a forced upon breadcrumb quest that I already did.
^^ This. Going back to my war campaign I realised my next quest was Eve of Battle, Ask Thalyssra for a teleport, which then put me on the This Ain't Mine quest to go to Razor Hill, which was conflicting with this quest.

Description
We cannot anticipate where and when the Scourge will strike. In order to mount a defense, the Argent Crusade has set up outposts at several key locations. But we have yet to receive word from them. Seek out my field officers along the southern road. I expect a full report when you return.
