I'm level 59 and I'm not getting this quest. I've confirmed I haven't completed it already yet, using /script print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(59211)). The other possible caveat could be that I'm on an alt, and chose the "Threads of Fate" option?
