Formal Entertainment is a quest for level 60, added in Shadowlands. It is step 7 of 9 in The Ember Court storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Revendreth at 27.9, 43.1. It rewards 4,100 experience and money.
The Accuser will be pleased that you have chosen such humble and formal entertainment for the first Ember Court.
I look forward to the occasion.

Storyline order is the client’s own QuestLine data from the current retail build.
Step 2 of 2. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline.

It is my humble honor to be the Ember Court's first guest. Please inform Prince Renathal and all of your other compatriots that I will certainly attend whenever you wish to open the gates.

Tubbins's tea ready soon. Go tell Theotar and friends. Tubbins is best!
The Ember Court has 9 steps, from A New Court to The Ember Court.
Maps its steps are placed on (steps per map): Revendreth (9).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
