For some reason my mini map refused to show a marker for the toy next to Celetiros. It had a yellow marker for all the other toys however.

There is a toy behind the teeter tooter at 12.2 53.9. The other toys were out in the open. The toybox to put the toys away is in the central pavilion on the left.

These whelp daycare quests are obnoxious and very inaccessible. First, it's the translucent yellow object placeholders near the tree which are almost invisible against the background, and then it's toys which camouflage in with the environment because it's a messy area, meaning even the highlight outline is very difficult to see.
Blizzard need to do better.
