TheWoWDBAs opposed to many other quests where you are required to obtain someone's head, you actually become a bit more civilized (as if decapitating someone is civilized) and place the Head of Skessesh in a bag instead of just carrying it around for all to see.

Description
The leader of these forces must fall! The naga's offensive will be broken with no one to command them. I saw the coward retreat into one of the abandoned buildings here. Cut your way through the others and take his head! Lady Shandris will want to see it for herself.
