Umm, how does she "meet you on the battlefield"? Because she kind of doesn't.
The Feathermoon forces are holding off the Hatecrest nagas on both the beachfront and fighting to drive them from the Ruins of Feathermoon. Tambre is nearly directly in between these two forces spearheading the offensive on Sador Isle. Just as Shandris Feathermoon had directed her to.

What to do
Description
The Hatecrest are fighting fiercely! Their leader is a priority, but we need to kill as many of them as we can. Go ahead of me, I'll meet you on the battlefield. Show them no mercy!
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- General Skessesh
The leader of these forces must fall! The naga's offensive will be broken with no one to command them. I saw the coward retreat into one of the abandoned buildings here. Cut your way through the others and take his head! Lady Shandris will want to see it for herself.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Gordunni Threat
Estulan, the Highborne up in the tower, is reclusive. I haven't been able to speak to him very much. He has, however, told me that the ruins of the High Wilderness to the south are full of Gordunni ogres. The ogres are not only a threat, they're destroying any forest and wildlife nearby.
