The quest item actually drops from any kind of Gordunni Ogre, no need to go out of your way finding the warlocks.

What to do
Description
In addition to clearing out the ogres... Estulan mentioned something else about the ogres. He said the ogre warlocks may have some sort of orb, or other item of power He was terse about it, but seemed upset...he said there was "no way they could be Highborne", so I think he wants to know just where they got them. Bring me back one of these orbs.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Gordunni Threat
Estulan, the Highborne up in the tower, is reclusive. I haven't been able to speak to him very much. He has, however, told me that the ruins of the High Wilderness to the south are full of Gordunni ogres. The ogres are not only a threat, they're destroying any forest and wildlife nearby.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Gordok Guards
With the nearby ogres dealt with, we should take the offensive and press our attack into their territory. The Gordok ogres are the head of the Gordunni clan, ruling them from the ruins now called Dire Maul. They are stronger than the lesser Gordunni, but I have no doubt you can handle them, <name>.
