TheWoWDBCan anyone help? According to the game when I reach Renown 23 with Marukaai I'm able to buy Shikaar Hunting Horns from the Quatermaster. The text says this is account wide unlocked. The problem is that I can't buy on alts unless trhey complete this quest, but the quest only appears for character at Renown 23..... how can it be account unlocked then? It doesn't make any sense. Am I missing something?
