TheWoWDBSo i got to renown 19 on my main toon, get that renown reward of picking one drake skin. I do, and then notice that I need 800 resources and 2 awakened air to buy the other drake skins.
No problem, the army of alts didn’t have to buy the skins as they leveled the rep, some are sitting on thousands of resources so lets do this right?
Nope, recipe is still red even though the message says one toon on the account has to have the rep and complete the quest… Sooooo What give? Even went with a toon that completed the Maruuk zone campaign!

Came here with the same question... Maybe the renown requirement is account-wide but the quest completion isn't, effectively negating any chance of purchasing these on alts without doing the same grind. With the dragonscale expedition talent system leeching 90% of my isles resources, my main can't afford these and it really blows... hopefully gets fixed/changed soon.
This is still an issue 4 months later. I have an alt parked there right now and my main. Main can buy them no issue, alt cannot.
